During the relief/stabilization phase, the goal is to address immediate issues and provide symptom relief through a thorough assessment (including history, lab work, and lifestyle)
During the restore/corrective phase, the goal is to resolve underlying imbalances to restore balance in your bodily systems which may include gut health, hormonal balance, detoxification, and stress management
During the sustain/optimize phase, the goal is to maintain health and prevent further issues through emphasizing lifestyle habits that support lasting health, personal growth, and resilience
