Balance begins with The Bloom Method - Empowering wellness, embracing balance

Step 1 - Beginning

Complete a comprehensive intake and assessment that considers YOUR lifestyle, nutrition, stress, genetics, and environmental factors prior to initial visit.

Step 2 - Learning

Learning about YOUR goals and needs through a 60-minute visit in which suggested lab(s) will be ordered and initial nutritional suggestions will be provided.

Step 3 - Optimizing

During a second 60 min visit to review lab findings and discuss YOUR Personalized plan including nutrition, supplements, exercise, stress management as indicated.

Step 4 - Ongoing

Continuing Bi-monthly 30 min visits to balance the root cause making adjustments throughout the journey.

Step 5 - Managing

Performing Daily habits as you Bloom into YOUR balanced life.

Functional Medicine Consultations

These in-depth consultations with Julie Sieling, our Family Nurse Practitioner and Functional Medicine specialist, are designed to dive deep into your health history, lifestyle, and current concerns. They form the foundation for your personalized treatment plan.

Lab Testing and Analysis

We offer a variety of lab tests to assess hormone levels, nutrient deficiencies, food sensitivities, gut health, and other factors that may be contributing to your symptoms. We carefully analyze your results and use them to inform your personalized treatment plan.

Nutritional Counseling

We provide expert guidance on nutrition and dietary changes that can help improve your energy levels, manage weight, balance hormones, and reduce inflammation.

Supplement Recommendations

We can recommend high-quality supplements tailored to your specific needs to address any nutrient deficiencies or imbalances.

Lifestyle Modifications

We'll work with you to identify lifestyle changes that can positively impact your health, such as stress management techniques, sleep optimization, and exercise routines.

During the relief/stabilization phase, the goal is to address immediate issues and provide symptom relief through a thorough assessment (including history, lab work, and lifestyle)

During the restore/corrective phase, the goal is to resolve underlying imbalances to restore balance in your bodily systems which may include gut health, hormonal balance, detoxification, and stress management

3. Sustain/Optimize
